Active Retail Fund
This is the product of a partnership between Centenary and Hunter Property Fund Management (HPFM) of Edinburgh. The Fund’s assets comprise Priory Centre (Worksop), The Guineas (Newmarket) and Castle Mall (Antrim).
The two companies remain jointly responsible for sourcing new properties for the Fund, advising on investment strategy, refurbishment / redevelopment projects and co-ordinating the professional teams.
The Fund’s equity is provided by both private and institutional investors including clients of La Salle IM.
