The Crescent - Hinkley
Centenary Ashcroft LLP have formed the Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership who have been favoured by the Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council to carry out the regeneration of the former bus station to create a large mixed use scheme of over 250,000 sq.ft.
The proposal will be anchored by a major foodstore along with retail units linking into the town centre. The proposal is to include a cinema, hotel, restaurants, residential, bus station and car parking with approximately 600 spaces.
We were chosen from a number of national developers due to our attention to the detail of the design and attention being given to the Masterplan which took into account the local wishes for a sustainable scheme which could be implemented to enhance the centre of Hinckley.
